Why do people do trail run?
Why do people trail run? We do...
* To appreciate and enjoy nature
* To challenge ourselves
* To have fun
* To know our limits
* To have a good workout
The bad part, we...
* Sweat so much like we never did before
* Get so tired, we're dragging our feet and cursing the trail
* Crave for water, cold water
* Get hungry
* Burn under the sun
* Get dizzy and feel like passing out
The really good part, we
* Stay positive
* Have so little but still have something to share
* Experience camaraderie
* Have really good stories to share and laugh about with friends after
* Have carbo-loading pass before and after the run
